The cultural diversity of Europe demands versatility in the course design. Thus our seminars are designed – in full accordance with Jan Amos Komensky (J. Comenius) – based on information and hands-on, specific and practical as well as partly playful.

The seminar coaches of Europa-Kontakt Akademie have come together during their European work: like-minded, united in their enthusiasm for Europe, the share their experiences and knowledge with the seminar participants form European countries and give impulses for project work, enable encounters in the group and with Greek colleagues.
There is the chance for gaining insight in youth cooperation when visiting the Greek branch of the Deutsch-Griechsiches Jugendwerk (German-Greek youth centre).

For centuries, Thessaloniki has been a hub and intersection of different cultures and religions: Romans, Greeks, Macedonians, Osmans, orthodox and roman-catholic Christians as well as Jews have left their traces.
