Terms and conditions

  • EUKA Europa Kontakt Akademie UG (haftungsbeschränkt) is an organiser of structured training seminars within the Erasmus+ programme generation 2020-2027. It follows the quality standards of the European Commission for courses under Key Action 1 (Learning Mobility of Individuals) Publication date: January 2021
  • A maximum of 20 teachers of all school types from countries of the EU can participate per seminar week. The prerequisite is that the teachers' schools are accredited by the European Commission themselves or by a consortium.
  • Thessaloniki / Greece is the venue for the seminars.
  • EUKA aims to promote contacts among participants and especially Greek colleagues, but also to prepare participants to establish contacts among teachers and students of European countries in the framework of their future projects. The EUKA seminars are not a 'contact exchange'. The participation of teachers from as many European countries as possible cannot be guaranteed.
  • If an accredited school has applied for funding for individual teacher training courses as part of its European Development Plan, teachers can provisionally register for the EUKA seminars.
  • Pre-registration is possible via online form on the EUKA website and will be confirmed.
  • If at least twelve participants have registered, they will receive important preliminary information from EUKA. The flights can now be booked.
  • The legally binding registration takes place with the online form on the EUKA website and the bank transfer of the seminar costs by the notified date.
  • EUKA will take care of the booking of the seminar hotel and, if requested, the booking of the taxi transfer from the airport and back.
  • Lunch and dinner can be taken at the hotel or outside at your own discretion and expense. A lunch with Greek colleagues, a dinner at the end of the seminar and a typical Greek midday meal are included in the conference package.
  • The following applies for cancellations at short notice: No cancellation fees will be charged for the course fee. For cancellations at the hotel, the hotel's cancellation regulations apply. Participants are responsible for covering their own flight costs by purchasing a travel insurance.
  • Preparation for the seminars: The registered colleagues receive information about the stay well in advance: weekly schedule, literature list, organisational information, plus an invitation to an online meeting to get to know each other.
